NEW COURSE / START & FINISH FOR 2013 - at Publix Buckwalter Place
The 6th Annual Bluffton New Year's Day Polar Bear 5K will start and finish at Publix in Buckwalter Place. The new course will take participants thru Buckwalter Place
and onto Buckwalter Parkway and The Bluffton Parkway.
The New Year's Day Run is very cool way to kick off you new year. All participants in the Polar Bear 5K will receive a colorful race T-Shirt.
The event will also include a Block Park, Award Ceremony and Post Race Celebration.
The 5K Run and Fitness Walk will be chip timed. Awards will be presented to the top overall and age group finishers. In addition to the 5K there will also be a 1 Mile Dog & Health Walk.
